Altiora Research Ltd.

Effective Date: 13 July 2026
Last Updated: 17 August 2026

At Altiora Research Ltd, we believe artificial intelligence should enhance human expertise—not replace it.

AI enables us to work more efficiently, analyse larger volumes of information and improve the quality and consistency of our research. However, responsibility for all published content, analysis and recommendations remains with Altiora Research Ltd..

This policy explains how AI may be used within our business and the principles that govern its use.

Our Approach

Artificial intelligence is used as a professional research and productivity tool to support our work.

It does not replace independent judgement, critical thinking or professional expertise.

Human oversight remains central to every engagement.

How We Use AI

Artificial intelligence and AI-assisted technologies are used as professional research, analytical and productivity tools to support our work.

AI may be used to assist with activities including:

  • Research support
  • Information summarisation
  • Content drafting
  • Data analysis
  • Evidence classification
  • Knowledge organisation and normalisation
  • Structured assessment
  • Scoring and consistency checking
  • Document and report preparation
  • Language refinement
  • Workflow automation
  • Administrative efficiency

Some Altiora Research methodologies and technologies may combine AI-assisted analysis with controlled automated processes, defined assessment criteria and structured scoring methods.

The final review, interpretation and approval of all client deliverables remains the responsibility of Altiora Research Ltd.

Human Oversight

Every client deliverable undergoes human review before publication or delivery.

We verify information where appropriate, assess context and apply professional judgement to ensure outputs meet our standards for quality, accuracy and relevance.

Client Confidentiality

We recognise that clients may share commercially sensitive or confidential information.

Where AI tools are used in relation to client work, we take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

We will not knowingly use confidential client information in a manner that would permit it to be used for training publicly available AI models without the client’s knowledge or permission.

Accuracy and Limitations

AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.

For this reason:

  • AI-generated content is reviewed before use.
  • Important factual information is validated where appropriate.
  • Professional judgement is always applied.
  • AI outputs are treated as supporting material rather than unquestioned fact.

Independent Analysis

Altiora Research Ltd. remains responsible for all published opinions, findings, assessments, conclusions and recommendations.

AI-assisted and automated systems may support the classification of evidence, application of controlled assessment criteria, calculation of scores, consistency checking and generation of preliminary findings.

These outputs do not independently determine Altiora Research’s final conclusions or recommendations.

Our conclusions are based on a combination of evidence, defined methodology, validation, contextual interpretation and professional judgement. Human accountability remains central to the final assessment and any recommendations provided to clients.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original research, methodologies, frameworks, technologies, reports and written content produced by Altiora Research Ltd. remain our intellectual property, regardless of whether AI-assisted tools were used during their preparation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital Buyer Readiness™ Framework
  • DBR Intelligence™
  • Knowledge Normalisation Engine™
  • Executive Report Generator™
  • Proprietary assessment methodologies
  • Research reports
  • Assessment models
  • Scoring methodologies
  • Validation methods
  • Visual frameworks
  • Written publications

The use of third-party artificial intelligence technologies or services within our workflows does not transfer ownership of Altiora Research’s proprietary frameworks, methodologies, assessment logic or original intellectual property.

    Responsible AI Principles

Our use of AI is guided by the following principles:

    Transparency

We are open about where AI supports our work.

    Accountability

Altiora Research Ltd. remains accountable for all published content and client deliverables.

    Human Judgement

Professional expertise and human accountability remain central to our work.

Automated analysis, classification and scoring may contribute to an assessment, but interpretation, contextual judgement, conclusions, recommendations and final approval remain the responsibility of Altiora Research Ltd.

    Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and handle information responsibly.

    Quality

AI is used to improve quality, consistency and efficiency—not to reduce professional standards.

    Integrity

We aim to present balanced, evidence-based analysis and avoid misleading or deceptive use of AI-generated content.

    DBR Intelligence™

DBR Intelligence™ is Altiora Research’s proprietary intelligence capability supporting the Digital Buyer Readiness™ Framework.

It combines structured evidence, defined assessment criteria, controlled scoring methodologies, AI-assisted analysis and validation processes to evaluate how effectively an organisation’s digital presence supports the needs of modern business and technology buyers.

DBR Intelligence™ may assist with the ingestion and normalisation of digital evidence, classification of information, application of assessment criteria, calculation of scores, identification of findings and preparation of assessment outputs.

AI-generated or automated outputs are not treated as unquestioned fact. Outputs are subject to appropriate validation and human review, and Altiora Research Ltd. remains responsible for the interpretation, conclusions and recommendations presented to clients.

    Continuous Improvement

    Artificial intelligence is evolving rapidly.
